Liverpool has cost me a few bucks in the last couple of weeks by their terrible play, so why am I playing them here and laying 1.5 goals? Because they are playing a terrible Wigan team at home, and I'm sure they won't want to be embarrassed at home today. If Liverpool wants to get back on track, and keep their very slim hopes of an EPL title alive, they have to start by beating Wigan.

Liverpool can't bury their chances! And Alonso can't make any passes, he could have had Torres on 2 breaks, and he passes to long! Frustrating.

Need a big 2nd half from Liverpool.
